More about Micro Precision IndustriesAbout Brüsch
Precision manufacturing since 1958
Brüsch is a Danish, family-owned contract manufacturer specialising in small and micro-precision CNC components. From our 3,000 m² facility in Rødovre, just outside Copenhagen, we supply MedTech, Space & Aerospace, Defence and Micro Precision customers in more than 30 countries.
Now in its third generation, the company is built on more than 65 years of engineering experience. Many of our customers have worked with us for 10, 20 and even 40+ years. We are certified to ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, and every order comes with full material and batch traceability.
We reinvest 15% of our annual revenue in new machinery and technology every year, so our customers get a supplier that keeps developing.
Our core competencies
From prototype to serial production
Our core is CNC sliding head (Swiss-type) turning and multitasking turning. We produce components from Ø0.4 mm to 65 mm with tolerances down to ±0.005 mm, in materials such as titanium, Nitinol, Inconel, PEEK and medical-grade stainless steel. We also offer milling, cylindrical grinding, honing, glass blasting and electropolishing. Our dedicated facility produces Nitinol and stainless-steel wire stents.
We can take on more than machining. Validated cleaning, assembly, custom packaging and full documentation (FAI, PPAP, CoC and more) are handled under one roof, so your components arrive ready for the next step in your production.
First articles are typically ready in 2–4 weeks, and serial production starts right after approval.

Frequently Asked Questions
How financially stable is Brüsch as a long-term supplier?
Brüsch has held an AAA credit rating, the highest attainable, for 10 consecutive years, as certified by Bisnode, a Dun & Bradstreet company. Only 1,744 companies in Denmark hold this rating, and just 8 in our industry. For customers planning multi-year serial production, this gives a solid basis for supplier qualification and risk assessment.
How do you ensure reliable delivery?
We run 24-hour production, with sliding head turning running unmanned overnight and a dedicated night shift in the multitasking department. Every machinist is cross-trained across multiple machine types, so if someone is absent, a qualified colleague steps in without affecting delivery or quality. In 2025 we also doubled our production capacity to 3,000 m².
What is Brüsch doing about sustainability?
Brüsch holds the Klimaklar diploma under the "Climate-fit Manufacturing Company" programme and has Ecovadis Committed status, most recently reassessed in July 2026. In daily production, metal chips are recycled, cutting fluids and oils are reprocessed, and packaging is reused wherever possible.
Do you offer cleanroom production and validated cleaning?
Yes. Brüsch has ISO 8 cleanroom capability for components with elevated cleanliness requirements, such as medical implant parts. Our cleaning department runs three ultrasonic cleaning systems and one alcohol-based system, and time, temperature and concentration are controlled and validated as part of our quality system. Cleaning and passivation can be done in the same integrated process, so your components arrive clean, documented and ready for the next step.
