Brüsch ApS brings more than 65 years of specialist experience in ultra-precision CNC machining and Swiss-type sliding head turning, serving MedTech, Space & Aerospace, Defence and Micro Precision customers across 30+ countries from a single integrated production facility in Rødovre, Denmark.
Manufacturing is certified to ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, with validated processes, full batch traceability and medical-grade quality management across all production, from Ø0.4 mm micro components to larger multitasking parts, with tolerances down to ±0.005 mm depending on geometry and process.
LEAN and agile
As an embedded LEAN manufacturer, Brüsch operates with short development loops, flexible production planning and optimised setup times, enabling agile response to both prototype and serial production requirements. First article lead times typically run 2–4 weeks, with serial production commencing directly following approval.
15% reinvested every year
Brüsch reinvests 15% of annual revenue into new machinery and production technology every year. Recent investments include the Escomat D6 Ultra sliding head machine, alongside the 2025 doubling of production capacity to 3,000 m². A Nakamura WY100 multitasking centre and a second HAAS VF2 vertical machining centre are currently on order, further expanding capacity.
Cross-trained specialists
Every machinist at Brüsch is a specialist, and every specialist is cross-trained across multiple machine types and processes. If a machinist is absent, a qualified colleague steps in without disruption to delivery schedules or quality standards.
