Brüsch offers validated cleaning processes for precision components as an integrated part of our manufacturing flow. The cleaning department operates three ultrasonic cleaning systems and one alcohol-based cleaning system, allowing the appropriate method to be selected based on component geometry, material and customer requirements.
This applies to Brüsch's general component production; stent cleaning is performed separately as part of the dedicated stent production facility.
For components requiring both cleaning and passivation, Brüsch can perform both steps within the same integrated process, reducing handling and simplifying the flow from production to final release. A range of dedicated programs, including a cradle program alongside multiple other component-specific programs, ensures each part is handled correctly throughout cleaning to achieve consistent, reliable results.

Cleaning parameters including time, temperature and concentration are controlled and validated as part of our quality system.
Careful handling
Our cleaning processes are designed to remove manufacturing residues and contaminants while ensuring careful handling of delicate, high-precision components. Cleaning can be performed prior to final inspection, assembly and packaging, reducing unnecessary handling between processes.
