Brüsch ApS operates from a 3,000 m² production site across multiple buildings at Islevdalvej 138-140 in Rødovre. The facility doubled in 2025 when Brüsch acquired the neighbouring building on Islevdalvej, the single largest investment in the company's facilities since 1986.
The site also houses a dedicated stent production facility in a separate building, kept apart from the CNC production floor to maintain the cleanliness standards required for medical implant components.
