Brüsch ApS is a specialist contract manufacturer of precision-turned medical components, with MedTech representing approximately 80% of total production volume. Operating under a certified ISO 13485:2016 quality management system, Brüsch supplies components across a broad range of medical device categories including cardiovascular intervention, orthopaedic surgery, minimally invasive procedures and cardiothoracic surgical instrumentation.
Components produced include surgical instrument bodies, aortic intervention components, orthopaedic cutting tools and cardiovascular device parts, all manufactured to the tight tolerances and full traceability requirements demanded by medical device OEMs. Among the most demanding components currently in production are orthopaedic cutting tools for leg bone procedures, held to tolerances of ±0.005 mm, among the tightest in the company's portfolio.
Stent manufacturing
Brüsch holds qualified process capability for Nitinol and stainless-steel wire stent manufacture, established in 2022, making the company one of the few European contract manufacturers with this specialisation.
Biocompatible materials
Titanium (Grade 2 and Grade 5), PEEK, cobalt-chrome and medical-grade stainless steel (316L) are processed as standard.
Cleaning and cleanroom
Production is supported by ultrasonic and ethanol cleaning, and an ISO 8 cleanroom is available for components with elevated cleanliness requirements.
Documentation
Full documentation is delivered to PPAP and FAI standards, with material certificates and batch traceability on every order.
