Space & Aerospace

High-reliability precision components for the space and aerospace sector, where dimensional accuracy, material integrity and full traceability are non-negotiable.

Space-grade precision

Components for satellites, instrumentation and space programmes

Brüsch produces high-reliability precision components for the space and aerospace sector. Components manufactured include fluid and pressure handling parts, structural housings, optical lens housings for satellite instrumentation and camera housings for visual inspection systems in space.

Brüsch has supplied components for the International Space Station (ISS) and for Jupiter mission programmes, with every part subject to 100% CMM measurement and visual inspection before delivery, a standard of control that meets the zero-defect expectations of space-grade procurement.

Exotic alloys including Inconel 718 and titanium Grade 5 are processed routinely, and the company's CNC Multitasking turning capability enables the miniaturised, high-precision geometries that satellite and instrumentation components typically demand.
