30 CNC machines, 24-hour production
Brüsch operates a fleet of 30 CNC production machines. Precision component production is built around 23 core machines across sliding head turning, multitasking, milling and grinding disciplines, with a 24th and 25th core machine currently on order: a Nakamura WY100 multitasking centre and a second HAAS VF2 vertical machining centre with automated robot loading.
The remainder of the fleet supports secondary and auxiliary operations. Production runs across day and night shifts for 24-hour production: sliding head turning operates lights-out unmanned overnight, while the multitasking department runs with a dedicated three-person night shift team.

Stent production facility
Brüsch additionally operates a dedicated stent production facility, housed separately from the main production floor to maintain the exceptionally high cleanliness standards required for medical implant component manufacture.
This facility is built around a Wafios FMU16+ wire forming machine, widely regarded as among the most precise wire processing equipment available, with the remaining production and cleaning setup custom-built specifically for Brüsch's stent manufacturing process, including a purpose-designed multimodule ultrasonic passivation and closed cleaning system.
