Customer confidentiality and the protection of technical information are fundamental to how Brüsch works, from the first drawing review through serial production.
From the first drawing review through serial production, customer data is handled according to controlled internal procedures and applicable data protection requirements.
Confidentiality & NDA
Brüsch routinely signs Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before receiving or reviewing confidential drawings, technical documentation and project information. Customer-specific confidentiality requirements can be incorporated from the beginning of a project.
Secure Data Management
Customer drawings, specifications, material certificates and other technical documentation are stored within secured systems with controlled access. Where physical quality documentation is required, records are securely archived and relevant documents are also digitally retained to support long-term traceability.
Controlled Access
Access to confidential customer information is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. Employees are provided access only to the information relevant to their responsibilities and projects.
Data Protection & GDPR
Personal data is processed and retained in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection requirements.
IT Security
Brüsch follows established internal IT security procedures and guidelines designed to protect customer and company information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. Access rights and handling of confidential information are controlled according to internal responsibilities and security procedures.
From RFQ to serial production
From initial RFQ and drawing review to serial production, customer information is treated as confidential and shared only with the personnel required to execute the project.
